High-Quality Aluminum Channel Cooling System

Our aluminum channel is constructed from top-grade 6063-T5 aluminum, which is renowned for its excellent heat dissipation properties. When using LED strips without this channel, the LED chips may overheat, leading to rapid dimming. The inclusion of an aluminum channel significantly lowers the temperature of the LEDs, prolonging their lifespan while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the light output. Additionally, the anodized aluminum is resistant to corrosion and can be easily cut to your desired length using a hand saw or air saw.

Easy Installation with Milky Cover

The milky cover for our LED channel is crafted from high-quality flame-retardant material and is designed to maintain its color without turning yellow for two years. This cover not only softens the emitted light but also reduces glare.

Installation is straightforward: 1. Insert one edge of the cover into one side of the aluminum channel. 2. Then, snap and press the opposite edge of the cover into the channel. 3. Finally, press the cover along the length of the channel.

Q&A: Are these channels dot-free? A: The appearance of dots depends on both the LED strips and the channel. If you use strips with a density of 120 LEDs/meter, the output will appear dot-free. However, strips with fewer LEDs/meter may show some dots. For those who prefer a dot-free experience with lower-density strips, a larger and deeper channel may be necessary.

Updated Endcaps and Connection

We have enhanced our channel endcaps for increased strength to prevent light leakage. For your convenience, we also offer extension connectors (search “B078N1MDPY”) and L-shaped corner connectors (search “B078MTM8XT”).
